Only Bob Dylan Has The Words For The Trump-Biden Debate.

Idiot Wind
by BOB DYLAN

It took only ten minutes to grasp the sheer scale of the Democrat's failure. This sad old man, Sleepy Joe Biden, hasn't a hope of defeating Donald Trump. Goddammit! It's a wonder that he still knows how to breathe!

Idiot Wind indeed!

Listened to some of it live on Aus Radio. Utterly juvenile and depressing, like listing to the old codgers who used to argue on the Muppets. Why the hell if our supine leaders and media say that the Yanks are the leaders of the Free World dont we all then get a say in who does that leading? Wasnt there a revolution in 1776 over this very issue? We are screwed.

Am curious to know how you propose Trump is countered...after all Winston has managed an almost 3 decade parliamentary career.

While I agree, it will be all about tribe in the end.

Four years to come up with a good candidate. Four years to understand why they lost and to address it. Four years of blaming Russians, anybody but themselves. Four years of false claims and lies, witch hunts, lawfare, false news, sedition.
I think a Peggy Lee song more in order. "Is that all there is?"

Biden won hands down - RNZ

I got removed from Spinoff FB. They didn't like my quotes, but not before this quote.

“The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum — even encourage the more critical and dissident views. That gives people the sense that there's free thinking going on, while all the time the presuppositions of the system are being reinforced by the limits put on the range of the debate.”

After reading it closely I thought it might be just a troll until I discovered it was Noam Chompsky. I can only assume "Joy Bionic" (fake page), was gloating (having had to resort to ad hominem and trolling (nonsense quotes from Steven Siegel) that now the left are in control.

I see the corporates are joining the didymoification of our nation's name

Brave group - I can't bear to watch the USA debacle, it is all so disillusioning and depressing. Everything we were led to believe in the 20th century turns out to be totally wrong or misleading. And to watch the USA politicians dance on the grave of the great democracy and country that leads the Free World, but is revealed as a con job sold to everyone with extra-sweet candyfloss; that is a reality show I don't want to see.

Priceless. Couldnt have put it better myself. The US is not a democracy. It's an oligarchy.

They had magnificent candidates in the preliminaries - My pick was the nerdy and genuine decent man Andrew Yang, Tulsi Gabbard was pretty boss too, even Old Bernie - crusty, unrepentant and scolding - but also lively and genuine - all would be vastly better than sleepy Joe Biden.

My take is they chose Biden to stop Bernie who would alienate the never trump republicans who they want to vote for Biden and the Bankers who Bankroll the Democrats - ie fuck democracy and fuck the democratic membership

Karl Rove said if you want to know who wins these things, turn the sound down and watch the pictures.

Trump was listening, looking alert, engaged, authentic, not looking at any notes. Trump also seemed to have a suntan!

Biden was pale, old and busy looking at his notes whenever he wasn't trying to put a paragraph together. What a disaster he looked and therefore was.
