Something To Listen To As We Head For "The Moment Of Truth"

ALREADY, the arrival of Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, Glenn Greenwald (a.k.a. "Kim Dotcom's little henchman") has afforded New Zealanders another disturbing glimpse of the man behind the Prime-Ministerial mask.

Even more will be revealed tomorrow at the Auckland Town Hall.

Doors open at 6:00pm.

In the meantime, and in anticipation of Mr Greenwald's reporting on New Zealand's role in the "Five Eyes" global surveillance programme exposed by Edward Snowden, I've put up The Police's classic 1983 hit 'Every Breath You Take'.

Enjoy.

The PM is the somewhat credible face of the barely credible Nationalist Ordinary Peoples regime. Behind him is the barely competent rag tag, Cabinet, of stomach job old bags, Dipton, the relaxed cigar sucking Coleman and Finnalyson in the sequrity jobs and various nonentities and time servers. Nevertheless I'll probably vote for Nicki in Auckland Central as Jacinda is unthinkable, a fragile third rate Helen
Party vote, who knows. In 2008 I deserted the left and voted Nat Nat after voting Green Green in Christchurch Central in 2005, for the same dilema as current voters face in that electorate. Last time I couldnt bring myself for any of the parties, there all extreme left and settled for the tokers, LC at least promising to do useful damage to the punters.

How many people does the Town hall accommodate? I'd like to take my teenager but I suspect we won't get in unless we start queuing earlier in the day....

A bunch of foreign criminal hackers thinking they can divert our Country away from the people.

The doors to the Auckland Town Hall will open a 6:00pm. First come - first seated.

Funny, Paul, I thought the country WAS the people. Moreover, Glenn Greenwald, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, didn't hack anything.

The way you insist on criminalising anybody who disagrees with you I find deeply disturbing.

As opposed to the local right-wing criminal hackers – who just happen to lack a sense of irony when they sue someone for hacking? :-)

How long will Key last after today's revelations? I won't be holding my breath but he could just chuck it all in before next Saturday.

Another quick breath, Winston has just floated the idea of a Labour/NZ First govt post election. Not sure where the Greens fit in as yet.

Who said politics is boring!!

It was a fizzer
DCM had no real evidence and the whole thing was not worth the wait.
Yawn. Another three years of the Key cabal. The public won't care re this, and Key may even pick up the sympathy vote.

Knew it would fail to ignite.
